Florida is great, except for......
The state of Florida in the Southeast of the United States has many great attributes, but there are also a few that absolutely suck.
The best thing about “The Sunshine State,” is the Law and Order, and the Anti-Communist sentiment. The greedy Globalist agenda of the WEF, and WHO, currently have no foothold in Florida. That means if you should just so happen to see a woman in a Florida men's room, she's probably a hooker, and not a tranny. This may seem comical to some of you, but I assure you, there is nothing more uncomfortable than being a guy in an Atlanta, GA bathroom urinal, and the person at the urinal next to you, who for all intents, and purposes looks like a man, but when they prepare to pee, they pull a collapsible funnel from their pocket, hold it up to their twat, and begin pissing. All while looking at you, like you have just grown a third head, is a truly horrible thing to behold. That has literally been made illegal to do in Florida, along with several other odd things that are trending among the leftist groups, and openly happening in far more liberal places. Things like racist, or hyper sexualized content in kids school books, and having a choice to have your child's education from a private academy, or charter school. Plus children have never been allowed in strip bars in Florida, be they straight, gay, trans, or drag. It's just remained illegal. So, the tax payers in Floridians still get that little bit of civilized culture to hold on to.
The horrible part, is that the housing prices, even for renters in a trailer park where the air smells like a trailer burning down from a meth lab melt down, nearly every morning are as high as the people buying that crap.. Or if you would prefer the sounds of gunshots, cop cars, and crack heads yelling at 2 am, some of the more urban areas are just as pricey. This is because huge investment firms, and their umbrella of companies and businesses will buy up the empty property, often above the appraised value. These houses would have sat empty for a while, because there was no demand for them. That would have caused the prices to drop. Also happening over some time, for example, let's say the house sat empty for three or four months with $3,250 per month for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, in a fairly high crime area.
Just take a crime map of Florida, and overlay it with the rental listings, and pick any one of them that overlap. It will blow your mind. This little gem sits about 45 miles south of where I live, but according to the crime stats, this neighborhood has been getting slammed with home, and vehicle burglaries. What they don't show on that map, is there is a housing project that butts up against it. If you turn left out of that neighborhood, and stop at that gas station, there will be at least 2 people that approach you asking you to buy something from them. Now, if you use the standards of the big rental companies, which this house is being rented by, you must make 3 times the annual rent in take home pay. That's $3,250 × 3 = $9,750 per month, in take home pay. The median income in this area, is $27,000 annually. That is $2,250 per month, before taxes. After it's closer to $1,500, and that's the “take home pay” they are looking for. So… how many peoples full time incomes does it take to rent a 3 bedroom, the answer is between 6 and 7. Do you see the problem.

This is not even to live in a “nice” low crime area. Now, the difference between Florida, and let's say, New York with crime is that Florida arrest criminals, and if they are undocumented, we will deport them “AFTER” they finish their sentence. If they are citizens and commit crimes, they also get arrested, with a set bail, they get a Freebie attorney, and wait for court. The crime does still happen, but primarily only in pockets. Just north of that polished turd of a rental, in Polk county. The sheriff still has an old west mentality. He has a lot of farmers in his jurisdiction, and they have some fairly extreme rights as far as what can legally be done to people stealing your cattle for instance.
This is explaining cattle thief being cought in the act mildly. The ways in which you can dispatch them are fairly vague. So people tend to test them, and keep in mind, the DA here is of the same mind as the Sheriff. People have hung cattle thief's, as the only real limit on the deady force, is no cruel and unusual punishments, or torture, and apparently hanging is still considered humane. So from my understanding, which is by no means legal advice, you can still hang cattle thieves on the spot. I'm fairly sure Florida is one of those states. Either way, you can still legally shoot them. With salt rocks, bullets, an arrow, or a hand full of spoons stuffed into a blunderbuss it doesn't matter. There are still highly liberal areas in Florida, where the courts are more lenient and “woke” if you will, but the Governor has also put a stop to that. He has been barring prosecutors that are not applying the law equally. Plus, they are also mostly in Miami, and the Palm Beaches. With another small pocket in Jacksonville. Most of the western panhandle, and central Florida from Gainesville down into Northern Okeechobee county is beautiful slightly rolling, and highly fertile land. The only problem with that, as an option for Florida living, is that the artificially inflated housing market has pushed up the land prices also.
Now we have a president that's enacting a 40% federal capital gains tax, on “unrealized gains.” This means if your Stock, Home, or Vehicle go up in value, you owe them 40% of that gain in tax, weather you sold it or not. By the time it's tax season, and you have to legally claim them, the value of it may have crashed back to below what you paid, but that doesn't matter. That is what an “Unrealized Gain” is, when the value of your asset goes up, even though you are not selling it. If this law is federal, how much luck will Governor Desantis have of stopping it from happening to Floridians, and let's be honest, they are going to push him out of office soon. He is resisting the communist transformation harder than any other State leader. The machine doesn't like that. Just think of this, Canada, a colony of the England, has suicide booths, because socializing the medical system was such a shitty failure. The number of people there dying, while awaiting care is borderline criminal even when looked at by the liberal American standards. King Charles has got some repairs to make to the way he rules his kingdom. Like our President Biden has to fix many aspects of things that are broken in America, the problem is that Biden was the one that Broke many of them.
I'll leave you with this gem.
