If Jamaal Bowman is not arrested, and charged like the Jan. 6 defendants the Judicial system has failed.
Hanlon's Razor tells us either idiocy or ignorance, are the more likely reasons for Congressman Jamaal Bowman's actions. The fact that he was a school Principal lays waste to this claim.
I am not a Republican, and I do not support Donald Trump for 2024, but I am an American Citizen who is deeply concerned about the open, and blatant weaponization of our Judicial system.
This Is a Fire Alarm Pull Switch, one that is almost identical to the one pulled by Jamaal Bowman, apparently in an attempt to delay the voting on the government shutdown.
The Absurd Claim Alone being pushed by Democrats defending him, is an Insult to the intelligence of every American citizen. How could a man who worked as a school principal, and as a Representative of the American Citizens in the norther Bronx, and Westchester County make that mistake? The answer to that is simple, He couldn't. There were even comments made by him right after the incident about the delaying of the vote on the government shutdown, in them Mr. Bowman actually confirmed his desire to delay the vote. After the media storm happened the following day, the narrative of the story and his recalling of the event quickly changed. He must have forgotten that the delaying or halting of government proceedings is illegal.
Umm, January 6th… remember? If not let me refresh your memory, this is the very same charge that most of the January 6th defendants were sentenced to the most time for. It has dominated the news cycle for nearly three years, but he may have missed all of that, or just chose to ignore it. His socialist takes, and opinions have grown to be very controversial among his constituents who were lead to believe that they had voted for a Democrat.
Justice is blind… Right ?
The defendants in the January 6th case are the most blatant example of how insane this publicity stunt by Mr. Bowman actually is. There are people who were very recently and literally just sentenced to 18-22 years in prison for Delaying or Halting Official Government Proceedings, and he does the same thing. This is a spotlight shining on the currently off balance judicial system.
Is justice Blind?
It used to be, now it appears to be affected by some type of Autism causing it to only see crimes by poor people, and Republican voters.
If this was done by Marjorie Taylor Greene, Rand Paul, or Thomas Massie the charges would have already been filed for everything from Treason, to Delaying Official Proceedings.
