Before I go on this profanity laced rant, and for the sake of clarity and understanding in this article, let me first explain what I mean when American Civil Rights, or Civil Rights are used moving forward.
American civil rights refer to the rights and protections guaranteed to individuals by the United States Constitution, federal laws, and state laws, which aim to ensure equality and fairness for all citizens.
Now that we are on the same page…
Many of us who are old enough to remember America in the 1980’s and the 1990’s, we're able to see the true benefits of our forefathers. Not just the founding fathers of America, but our actual ancestors, Fathers, Grandfathers and so on, going down the ancestral line. The men and women that literally went over seas, and fought against ideas of global communism, and national socialism. We inherited a utopia, it had a great economy, equality, property rights, and yes also the right to own a damned machine gun, tank, or fighter jet if you can afford one.
People like our patriotic WW2 veterans, were once “par for the course” in American society. They were brave citizens that loved their homeland so much, that they would admit that proudly without fear of a public backlash. Unfortunately in the America of today, those kinds of people people have truly become an endangered species. The generation of weak entitled pricks that followed them, just ripped it apart and tossed it in the air like confetti.
We need these “True Patriots” to make a comeback. What that means, is now it’s up to us to install those values in our children. We have to teach them this by providing ourselves as the shining example.
Let's Examine Modern “Equality”
The right to have a Casino, I know it truly sounds silly at first. But when you take a look at the nuance involved, this is an area where our civil rights are literally overlooked. Are you Confused yet, and wondering how a Casino is relevant to a civil rights violation? Don't worry, I was also when this was first pointed out to me, you aren't alone. This particular issue simply addresses the “Equality under the law” aspect.
Imagine that you open a small casino in Florida, you want a few Poker tables, maybe some slot machines, and just a few blackjack tables. Sounds like a simple enough idea right? American citizens have the freedom to own and operate businesses, so let's just Google what it takes to open a basic casino in Florida.
But wait, does that say that only 15 licenced facilities which are owned by Seminole and Miccosukee Tribes can get these permits? Under what standard is this equality under the law? What does that mean for a person of Asian, European, or African lineage? You guessed it.
In fact, there are several different sources that pop up as sponsored results from the Google query “Is it legal to open a casino in Florida” that all show the demands of a prosecutor to succeed in an arrest. Much like the example below, they appear to only serve to deter people from inquiring any further.
Slot machines, poker and blackjack tables, and most other forms of gambling, are only legally permitted to Native Tribes. So given that bit of information, let's look at the legal definition of equality, and especially “equality under the law” as is prescribed by the US constitution. After that, we will also weigh this topic as an issue of blatant racial discrimination. You can form your own opinion, but by legal standards, this is an open violation of the 1964 civil rights act no matter how you sort it out.
“The Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Pub. L. 88–352, 78 Stat. 241, enacted July 2, 1964) is a landmark civil rights and labor law in the United States that outlaws discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex,[a] and national origin.[4] It prohibits unequal application of voter registration requirements, racial segregation in schools and public accommodations, and employment discrimination. The act "remains one of the most significant legislative achievements in American history".[5]”

If America is going to revert to its former glory, the racism and discrimination have to end. This includes the blatant anti-white racism, and the active discrimination against heterosexual people. These practice of these ridiculously communist modern concepts have to be ended.
Now, getting to the violation of the right to equal protection under the law.
The Fourteenth Amendment
Passed in 1868, the Fourteenth Amendment extended the Bill of Rights to the states
Grants citizenship to all people born or naturalized in the US
Prohibits states from depriving people of life, liberty, or property without due process of law
Requires the government to have a valid reason for treating people differently
The Equal Protection Clause
The Equal Protection Clause is part of the Fourteenth Amendment
Requires the government to have a compelling reason for treating people differently based on certain characteristics, such as race, religion, or national origin
Requires the government to have a rational basis for treating people differently based on other characteristics, such as occupation
If a person is told that they can't have a company that makes Axes, and it's only because they are Black, and only Europeans can make axes, nobody would dispute the violation. Yet we have just watched, smiled, and virtuously clapped, as these rights were violated.
Is this the Casino reference the only example, absolutely not. .
These violations are happening in dozens of different cases, and with hundreds of different justifications given for why it's okay. But when we really look at it, It's not okay. It's not justified, and is an open violation of our legal protections, and guaranteed rights.
A few more quick examples..
Growing your own medicinal plants, this is part of a person's right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Yet in all 50 states some of these rights are violated. Then we have odd laws and regulations about collecting rainwater, storing or collecting solar energy, building your own home, and any number of laws meant to discriminate against and ultimately hinder homesteaders. Any regulation or banning of the above examples cripple a person's ability to effectively self sustain.
How are these things considered a protected right, but only if you live in one state or another. What if my “liberty, and pursuit of happiness” looks like me living in a small farm homestead where I collect my own water, and use solar and wind energy? What state should I live in? What if along with that, I dream of growing my own food, livestock, and herbal medications? Then what state should I choose? If these things are legally protected rights in one state, how can they be a criminally punishable act in another?

Equality Under The Law :
This Doesn't Exist 🤷🏼♂️ sorry.
I was just talking to my supervisor last night. He was a GM for Dunkin Donuts before coming over to our company.
His regional manager, if memory serves, asked him why he hired no one from India (The Regional was Indian himself) and made statements such as "Americans don't like to work." and "Why did you hire this black girl? You know they don't like to work!"
As such, Jim (not his real name) reported him to HR...who were all Indians, they sided with Regional and they put him in trouble for reporting it.
Yes, systemic racism is still a thing but aiming it at a certain group these days is celebrated rather than not.
